A holiday favourite! Our carrot jam is based on a local victoran-era recipe made from organic carrots, sugar, ginger and leon zest! Great addition to cheese platters, stir-frys and marinades!
 
Ingredients: Organic carrots, sugar, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice.
 
 Pick up: Friday December 13th, 2-4pm @ 2 Oriole cres, unit #36, Hamilton ON
